First open registration is on Sunday, June 13th, from 5:30 to 7:00pm

Your player must also be registered with USA Hockey ($35) at this website: http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ and the confirmation form MUST BE BROUGHT WITH YOU TO REGISTER.

There will be a limited amount of spaces at a few different age levels, so don't delay- children will be placed on a waiting list if necessary.

If you cannot attend the enrollment at the rink, please send completely filled out forms, USA hockey confirmation and mail with payments to:

Checks should be made out to:  MCAHA    Credit card payments can be made through Paypal.  There is a 3% charge to use this option.  Contact us if you would like to make payment with this method
