Our next fundraiser is the sub and cookie dough sale through Fun Foods.
Hit up all your favorite hunters to buy some sandwiches to take to deer camp! Please read the directions below.
1. Have family and friends select desired items and fill out the appropriate form. Subs go on the blue form, cookie dough on the back of the cookie flyer. Sandwiches cost $2.75 each. Tubs of cookie dough cost $10 each.
2. Collect money at the time of order. Checks should be written to the player’s parent.
3. Turn in the completed forms and money with a check written to MCAHA for the correct amount of your order minus your proceeds from the sale. Please place your order form and money in an envelope together. Also, make sure your child’s name is on the order form! Your profit is as follows:
SUBS: 75¢ per sandwich
COOKIE DOUGH: Either $2.50 or $3.00 depending on which variety you sell.
Money and orders must be turned in at the hockey office NO LATER THAN 5pm on November 6th. If you cannot get to the rink on Friday, November 6th, please turn your orders/ money in early. If no one is in the hockey office when you come to drop your order/ money off, slide your order in the mail slot in the door of the hockey office.
4. Pick up your order at the rink Thursday, November 19th at 5:00pm. Each seller will have their name on a box with their sandwiches/ cookie dough inside.
5. Deliver to your customers and thank them for supporting youth hockey!

If you haven't turned everything in, you should do so immediately as it not past due. Return any unsold books to the rink. Sold books must be paid for with a check made out to Muskegon Chiefs accompanied by your record sheet of who purchased the books. Please remit $13 per book (you keep the $7 profit) as soon as possible. Thanks!!
